Holiday home, with breath taking ocean views getting a kitchen renovation turns into a Passive House Retrofit. This was a renovation that started out as a Kitchen and Bathroom renovation and transitioned into a whole home passive house renovation. We focus on the building performance features of this home, which negotiated the look and feel of this epically located home which was built in the 1970's.
