Introduced in 1979, the Ruger Redhawk brought new meaning to “Big Bore” revolvers.
The Redhawk began life as a double-action, single-action Ruger Rugged receptacle for the .44 magnum cartridge, but soon branched out to other cartridges like the .45 Colt version that I am reviewing.
This is the Range Ronin and today I am reviewing a .45 Colt version of the Redhawk, a model that was discontinued in 2019.
