Gm time super cringe, i lost a few ticks but thank god i dont have to crush mushrooms anymore that shit sucks balls. Venging super important. Getting 2 big venges really helps get the time

This isnt the ideal method but its just how i did it cos i cba deep researching

For mirror task:
Duke attacks every 5 ticks from 100-25% hp
Below 25% hp its every 4 ticks.
Just be patient and count the ticks after he attacks and its pretty free
