Twin Cam Harley engines very rarely make it to a 117 cubic inch monster, now 117 cubic inches is pretty common on the Milwaukee 8 but not for the Twin Cam engines. There's a couple of reasons for this and one is that any bolt on kit would of been made for the CVO or S models with the Screamin Eagle 110 engine. These were all basically limited production bikes and engines in their own respect. The second reason is that YES a Twin Cam 103 can be a 117, it has the same stroke as the Twin Cam 110 but there is an extra step required on the 103. You have to bore the cases, that right there kept a lot of 103's limited to being converted to 110's. But for those engines that did achieve being a 117 cubic in beast the power was Milwaukee 8 level!
