Every Friday morning Ananda Australia offers a guided spiritual practice or sadhana, based on the Path of Kriya Yoga shared by Paramhansa Yogananda, author of *Autobiography of a Yogi*. Longer meditations available every Monday morning (http://ananda.org.au for schedule)

The 1-hour sadhana (6am to 7am AEST livestreamed on our Facebook page), includes a prayer, energisation exercises, musical kirtan song, inspirational reading, guided Hong-Sau meditation, and peace and harmony prayers for the world.
