Ingredients
2 (two) 5oz lobster tails
1 cup of water

Equipment
Ninja Foodi in steam mode or any other food steamer of your choice

Directions
If frozen thaw the tails.
Cut back of shells down the long end.
Pull the split shells almost apart and slightly pull out the lobster meat (see video for better details)
Add 1 cup of water to the Foodi and place the basket contaning the two tails (meat facing up) into the machine.
Close the lid, set steam valve to vent, and set to STEAM setting for 4-5 minutes.
Check lobster meat temperature at the 4 minute mark and remove if the temperature is 145°F or higher.

Serve with coleslaw, applesauce, potato, cornbread, etc.
