Today I am going to Yiwu food mart to buy some Beijing roast duck.

Peking roast Duck is a northern dish while canton Roast duck is a southern China dish. They are two different dishes. But it’s easy to find both Roast duck in Yiwu city. Peking duck is roasted and the skin being raised becomes very crispy. The special thing is that the duck is served after cutting. Cutting need to be thin and equal specially.

What we have here today is Peking roast duck.

Next time we will try canton roast duck also.
