When you're feeling depressed and are suffering, how do you stay "high vibe"? Maybe it's okay not to...

Sometimes when I go through periods where I'm feeling low and down on myself, or are actually on the verge of depression, I think to myself "well I guess I'm a fraud and I'm really not spiritual at all." When we see our favorite spiritual creators showing themselves at their absolute best, manifesting all of their hearts desires, it's easy to allow that to influence our perspeption of what "being spiritual" really means. In reality, it's quite the opposite. Everyone suffers. Everyone goes through the ebs and flows, highs and low of being a human, and what comes along with being human? Emotions. Let's discuss the true sign of spiritual growth - and yes, it involves FEELING these emotions, and not just trying to "high vibe".
