Mercy Masika is an avid follower of Jesus Christ, Worship Leader, songwriter, composer, recording and performing artist. She is a family woman, married to David Muguro and together they have been blessed with two children - Ranice and Tevita.

The Kenyan multi - award-winning gospel singer, songwriter and composer Mercy Masika has been a steadfast supporter of UNHCR and the LuQuLuQu campaign since 2017 and in June 2019, Mercy was announced as a Goodwill Ambassador for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency - the first Kenyan to receive this title.
