In today's chalk painting furniture tutorial this was a thrift store find, you will see how to deal with a piece of furniture that has been painted with latex paint (3 different colors-white, blue and brown!) and wood stained with varnish as well! This was a huge challenge to sand and prep this piece!! I will show you today how to do an easy chalk paint blending technique and restore this difficult piece of furniture I have ever worked on!

This is a great way to do a Thrift store makeover using chalk paint and it is a great DIY weekend project to restore furniture that still looks great, but just needs some chalk paint love! This tutorial will show you how to do chalk paint so you can upcyle old furniture you may have!
