Core Workout. This 15min Core Workout is done as a circuit and can be done either just once or as many times as you like! One time through is 15min total.
Exercises are:
20 Ball Tucks
20 Reverse Crunch with or without extensions
10 Plank Weight Transfers (each side)
15 Starfish Crunches each side
10 Ball Turns with or without the side leg raise
30 Toe Reaches
15 Russian Twists
10 Alternating Arm/Leg Raise each side (lower back)
