We bought two of these in December last year and were caught out quite badly at a live show where we expected there to be an option in the Menu to output to SDI - There is NO Option for this!
Sony Support asked me to set the Camera to HDMI out at 576i and that would give an SDI Output - it doesn't - Sony have now asked me to send the Camera in for REPAIR????
Surely this should be a FIRMWARE update and NOT a Repair?
Anybody else have this problem????
UPDATE - SONY say that this Camera is NOT SDI - it only has SD output on the BNC and that will only work on certain resolutions NOT 4K.......WHY??????????????
