BAHAN-BAHAN | INGREDIENTS


500g tepung beras | rice flour
500g tepung pulut | glutinous rice flour
6 biji telur | egg
1 1/2 cawan gula | 1 1/2 cup sugar
2 sudu besar tepung kastard @ tepung jagung | 2 tablespoons custard flour @ cornflour
1 sudu teh kapur/kapuk yang dibancuh dengan 2 sudu besar air
3 cawan air | 3 cup water
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla | 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 sudu besar pandan paste (jika mahu) | 2 tablespoons pandan paste (optional)
