PLH Putri Deli is the event of the drop of the Putri Deli Train on the Tanjung Balai – Medan route to the Regional Division (Divre) I Medan at the Medan station emplacement on December 22, 2008. The locomotive that attracted the Putri Deli train was series BB 303 22. The Putri Deli train fell around 100 meters from Medan Station. Two people were injured in this incident and immediately rushed to the Mandiri Hospital, Sena, Medan. From this incident, it is suspected that the train's draft suddenly shifted. What was originally normal for the Putri Deli train to pass, but shifted back to the opposite position. The train derailment made train journeys to and from Medan City hampered and disrupted train travel. Four lines filled the chain's downturn in a slanted state and also closed all wires connected to the main line of Medan Station.
