After 2 years, it's time to produce another Top 10 Strongest Characters ranking list to reflect the metagame changes brought about by a new cast of characters as well as a whole new element in Dendro. This list accounts for the overall endgame capabilities of the characters across both DPS and support. This tierlist is based off my experience but is bound to be somewhat subjective, so feel free to discuss constructively in the comments.
