The following message is transmitted at the request of the
Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

A Statewide AMBER Alert has been issued on behalf of the Memphis
Police Department for Kennedy Hoyle. Kennedy is a two-day-old
black female, six pounds. 17 inches with brown hair and brown
eyes. Kennedy was last seen wearing a black and white polka dot
onesie with pink pants.
