Sattriya Workshop Pune 2022 was conducted from 8th September to 23rd September in Pune, Maharashtra by Sattriya Kendra, Sangeet Natak Akademi in Collaboration with Bharati Vidyapeeth School of Performing Arts and Asomi. Around 60 students from Pune many parts of Maharashtra like Mumbai , Nagpur , Chandrapur , Aurangabad etc took part in this Workshop.
Guru Naren Chandra Baruah taught Mati Akhara, Shuddha Nritta Like Krishna Nritta, Chali , Geetar nach Mela Nach etc. Guru Anita Sharma gave the training of Sattriya Abhinaya. Shlok, Bhatima , Borgeet, Ankiya Nat Geet etc. are very important aspect of Sattriya Abhinaya. Students have learned these presentations of Sattriya. The Sattriya Vocal and Percussion Music training was imparted by Guru Bhaskar Ojha.
