Wonderful. The video is about an inspirational speech by Ashraf Habibullah, a Pakistani based American Structural Engineer, delivered in the Cal Poly i.e. California Polytechnic State University on commencement convocation day of the graduate students. His key note was in very jolly mood, full of energy to the students and a success stories of his life as a structural engineer. Ashraf Habibullah was also a software developer, founder, president and CEO of the Computers and Structure Inc. He wore a special jacket and fun with his jacket during the speech. He is a proud of Pakistan. There are some clear messages in the video in my opinion:

1. Pakistani are very talented people.

2. American gives chances to every person without qualifying their race, colour, language and the religion.

3. Talent cannot be theft by any one.

4. Convocation should be informal but with a good, fruitful and energetic message.

5. Audience is more important than all things in the convocation.

6. Tell the world what you have in your mind without any fear.
