A couple of weeks ago, I thought I could make my own pho. Keep in mind that I had never tried it before. So I did not know what flavor to expect. I wasn’t too keen on the rice noodles and I wanted to give it a second (real first) try from an authentic Vietnamese restaurant.

I got the classic pho from Pho Galaxy and it came with rice noodles, bean sprout, green and white onions, jalapeños, cilantro, hoisin sauce, and chili sauce. It was basically a kit that I had to put together.
