HERE ARE SOME TIDBITS THAT I FORGOT TO MENTION:

When an employee elects pre-tax for their insurance premiums, it applies to life, dental, and health.

By electing pre-tax you are locking yourself into your coverage (insurance) elections for that calendar year.

Dependent care allows for child care up to age 13.

You can only claim for reimbursement for services while you are participating/contributing to the account. We often have terminated employees that try to get reimbursed for services after their termination date.

You can only change your elected amount if you have a qualifying event; marriage, divorce, birth, etc.
