In this video, I go over 5 tips to overcome mental health challenges and 5 tips for care-givers helping those struggling with mental health. It is not inclusive nor does it apply to everyone's situation. Everyone has their own journey and will need different solutions. Personally, I think dealing with mental health issues holistically is beneficial. These are just my main opinions on the matter. Please do your own research.

Tips for those struggling with mental health
1. Avoid isolating yourself. Reach out to someone
2. Pay attention to your nutrition
3. Try to be mindful. Seek a cognitive behavioural therapist
4. Consider energy healers to heal any traumas
5. Work with your psychiatrist

Tips for those trying to help someone with mental illness
1. Have an outlet for yourself be it groups, therapy
2. Try not to take your loved ones behaviour personally
3. Seek a family health lawyer if the mental health laws are difficult to navigate
4. Seek supportive housing for your loved one if the home environment becomes too hostile
5. Accept that you can only do so much
