In this video we take a look at a Fluke 79 series III that is not powering on. After we replace the battery we end up on the other side of the spectrum and the meter is not turning off. Can we get this super nice Fluke DMM back in operation? It will be some BONUS troubleshooting at the end of this video that may help someone with the same issue with theirs.
