hello guys note half kg dall mash recipe for home cooking.
oil 1 cup 100ml
onion 2 medium 200g
ginger garlic 1 tbl spn
tomato paste / slices 200g 3 tomato
water 1 cup 100ml
salt to taste 1/2 tbl spn
chilli flake.1 tbl spn
coriander powder 1 tbl spn
tumeric 1 tea spn
cumin powder 1/2 tea spn
garam masala powder 1/2 tea spn
black paper powder 1 tea spn
red chilli powder 1/2 tea spn
boiled & tender 60% daal mash 500g
garnish with green chilli and coriander leaves
