For the recipe we need the following ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 servings:

•4 large chicken thighs
•750 grams potatoes
•1 large zucchini
•3 - 4 red onions
•3 organic lemons
•About 75 milliliters olive oil
•2 cloves garlic
•1 heaping tablespoon mustard
•1 heaping tablespoon honey
•1 teaspoon oregano
•Salt & pepper
•3 - 4 sprigs rosemary

•Lemon juicer
•Whisk
•Baking tray + baking paper
