The Chelsey Proving ground was opened back in 1954 and mostly of the facility operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There are all types of vehicles and test happening here daily to include safety testing, emissions testing, powertrain calibration, performance, fuel economy and what we get to see today, the new Jeep Wrangler doing some off-road testing.

Getting access to bring you guys in here and film required a lot of approval and as much as I wish I could show you around the entire place, we’ll just be checking out their 4 wheel drive obstacles while driving a few new 2024 Jeeps
