Meniere's Disease is full of up's and down's !! Set backs happen all the time. But it doesn't mean give up. If your doctor isn't helping you find a new doctor. Don't just give up. If you're in feeling down for awhile and can't get out of it. Find a therapist. They are amazing people and can help a lot in your vestibular journey. Just don't give up. Think of other people too Whether in Facebook support groups or family and friends. Teach family and friends about Meniere's. Don't expect them to know. Help others in support groups with advice or a kind word.

Finally one more thing. DON'T GIVE UP !!
