Nobody has a ruck hack to make 65lbs feel like nothing, but if your ruck isn't sized properly on your frame, you're gonna have a bad time.

Additionally, I like to use the waist belt and use the load lifter straps to keep the weight off my shoulders as much as possible. If you look at packs from Kifaru or Mystery Ranch, it looks like they agree.
