Serenity with Soleil is a collection of mindfulness meditations for everyday life. Meditating can seem difficult, but I want to make it easy and accessible for everyone. I have a short attention span and often experience ‘brain fog’ and pain due to my chronic illnesses. These 4 minute quick meditations were designed with flexibility in mind; they are short and simple. You can adapt them to fit your lifestyle and learn how to meditate in 4 minute right now.
