I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to students from Kindergarten to Grade 3 at Amisk School. In the assembly I spoke about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness. During the workshops, they learned all about ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, and tag with a frisbee.
