Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was in the UK to present his "Victory Plan" to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer. Starmer and Zelensky went on to discuss the on-going war between Ukraine and Russia, and possible ways to resolve the conflict. However, it was Larry, a British domestic tabby cat who has been Chief Mouser to the Cabinet Office at 10 Downing Street since 2011, who stole the show.
