Malai Tikka is a popular Indian dish known for its rich and creamy flavor. It consists of marinated pieces of chicken (or sometimes paneer for a vegetarian version) that are coated in a mixture of yogurt, cream, and spices. The marinade gives the chicken a tender texture and a delightful taste.

The chicken is typically skewered and grilled or baked, allowing it to develop a smoky flavor while retaining its juiciness. The spices used in the marinade often include garam masala, cumin, coriander, and chili powder, adding depth and warmth to the dish.

Malai Tikka is usually served as an appetizer or a main dish, often accompanied by mint chutney and onion salad. It’s a favorite at parties and gatherings, making it a delicious choice for any occasion!
