EPISODE #41
In this episode I'm off to Snowdonia National Park in Wales to join Chris Hall on his epic challenge, where he is attempting to do 7 everestings in 7 days... He's named it the 7 Everests Project and its an absolutely ludicrous task of trying to cycle the same elevation of Mount Everest not only once but 7 times. He will be riding his bike for around 15 hours every day for a whole week... all in aid of the Movember charity, raising valuable funds that go towards helping people with mental health problems.
We can all struggle from time to time and Chris is no exception, he has struggled in the past himself... but with help from Movember charity, he got through some dark times, now lets see if we can help some others too!
