These homemade oatmeal creme pies did well on my Instagram so I decided to bring the full tutorial to my Youtube. Plus, who doesn’t love these bad boys?! Super easy to make!

Oatmeal Creme Pies
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp molasses
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
4 tbsp light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
Cream Filling:
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup confectioner sugar
1 tsp vanilla
