Muneet Dhiman, founder of Vidyakshetra Gurukul shares the education philosophy on which the gurukul is based. He talks on the challenges and limitations of the current education model, and how Vidyakshetra attempts to recreate the traditional education model in contemporary times. This talk was delivered at Rishihood University, which like Vidyakshetra gurukul seeks inspiration from the Indian Knowledge System. Muneet holds an Engineering degree in computer science and has worked in the IT industry for 15 years.
