Ingredients for the cake:
400g SR flour
400g caster sugar golden
400g butter
2tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla extract
6 eggs
2 tbsp milk

26 mins at 175 in oven then allow cakes to cool for 1 hour

Ingredients for the icing and jam:
150g butter
300g icing sugar
Splash of milk
Strawberry Jam
Icing sugar for dusting
