วันนี้ผมและทีมงาน เดินทางมาไกลถึงจังหวัดชัยภูมิ มาดูงานบุญบั้งไฟ ซึ่งเป็นงานประจำปี และเป็นประเพณีเก่าแก่ของภาคอีสานที่จัดเป็นประจำสืบต่อกันมาช้านาน แต่ภารกิจหลักของเราในวันนี้ ไม่ใช่การมาเที่ยวงานบุญบั้งไฟเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่เราจะมาตามหาเมนูในตำนานซึ่งถือว่าเป็นสุดยอด และหากินได้เฉพาะในโอกาสพิเศษเท่านั้น และวันนี้ก็เป็นโอกาสที่พิเศษสุดจริงๆ ที่เราจะได้แดก เมนูที่ชื่อว่าก้อย คา โครง

Today my team and I came a long way to Chaiyapoom province
to join the Rocket festival(Bun Bang Fai) which is an annual event and also inherited Thai tradition of Northeastern people(Isan people) here
But, our main mission today is not just joining the festival
Actually, we are finding the legendary dishes that you can be found in only special occasion
So, this is super special occasion that we gonna eat the menu called Koi Ka Krong dish
