We finished up at Uluru and wanted to see the West MacDonnell Ranges. The outer Mereenie Loop road is a bit rough, not often traveled, but provides the opportunity to see the real outback, often on your own! We visited Kings Canyon doing the RIm Walk, swam at Ormiston Gorge and Ellery Creek Big Hole in the West MacDonnell Ranges, spotted camels, brumbies and more.
