How to fix an ugly lawn is a question a lot of home owners face. In this video series, we'll document a process that YOU can follow to transform your ugly lawn to a golf course lawn. It starts with getting weeds under control. Depending on how bad the weeds are we can accomplish this from manually pulling the weeds or by using a combination herbicide and per-emergent product. I prefer go the granular route for this step since it's very effective while minimizing damage to the grass.

In this video we walk through my next door neighbor Alex's lawn to survey the situation. Next we apply my weed control and pre-emergent of choice to start the process of getting the weeds under control. Our goal is to improve his lawn over this season by implementing a serious lawn care program. We'll transform his ugly lawn to a golf course lawn. My hope is that this series will be help to any home owners wanting to do the same thing with their lawn.

You'll get lawn tips on how to get rid of weeds, top dress your lawn, and apply fertilizers to transform what you currently have to the lawn of your dreams.
