Seven Juniata College students will compete in the hope their oratory is soaring enough to transform the way we live, learn, and work as it relates to social change at the annual John M. and Thomas F. Bailey Oratorical Contest, which will be held at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 1, in the Suzanne von Liebig Theatre in the Halbritter Center for the Performing Arts on the Juniata campus.

The oratorical contest this year takes inspiration from the prompt and question:
Central to social change is the courage to act. What can we do to transform the way we live, learn, and work to make our communities more just?
