DO THIS (less than) 5 MINUTE SQUAT WARMUP ROUTINE Every Time you Squat! It will help you Squat Pain-Free and Hit those PRs you’ve been working SO hard to Achieve!!

While Every body is unique when it comes to warming up and working out, Any Warmup is better than no warm-up which is why I am sharing my 5(ish) minute squat warmup routine for you all so you can pick and choose what warmup exercises work best for you and your squat routine! This warmup works equally well for any lower body exercise such as Kettlebell Squats, Leg Press, Deadlifts and so much more!

The Exercises:
- 90/90s
- Dynamic frog stretches
- Glute Bridges
- Dead Bugs
- Bodyweight (arms extended) Squats
- Banded glute kickbacks (optional)
- Barbell only Pause Squats
