Boy... does loneliness hurt. 😣 Whenever I feel lonely, it really feels like it's never gonna end. I used to associate loneliness with being alone because I just didn't know myself and hated my own company. But hey, being alone doesn't have to be so lonely. "My loneliness is killin' me" - Nah, not today, Britney Spears.

In this video, I share reflections about when I usually feel lonely and I'll also share some things that have helped me through those times of feeling lonely. Maybe by doing the things that we love and have always wanted to do... being alone really doesn't have to be so lonely. It could be like a breath of fresh air.

I hope this video gives you some ideas as to what you can do to have fun when you're alone. Rooting for you always, my loves. 💞
