What are light codes and how do we utilize them?

Is reincarnation real? Do we keep coming back if a lesson or purpose has not been learned or fulfilled? What happens after our lessons and purposes have been completed?

Are there any signs or feelings that can help me understand when I'm speaking or recieveing messages from my soul, for example I hear a lot about people talking of receiving downloads however I don't know if I have ever experienced that and I'm not sure what it would feel like, is it just a feeling of absolutely certainty and no doubt?
