I've been searching for apartments in Philly for months. My expected move-in date is coming up so I needed to start looking more intentionally these past few weeks which has been an interesting experience given I am not currently in Philly, I can't physically see an apartment in person, and we are in quarantine. Luckily, realtors have made it easy to virtually tour from home. I took you guys along with for my first virtual tour and gave my tips and advice for apartment hunting during a pandemic.
