KVOA Reports from Seattle: Tens of thousands of people have made their way to the campus of the University of Washington for the Special Olympics USA Games, with a couple of dozen athletes and coaches from Tucson representing Team Arizona. News 4 Tucson's Paul Cicala is also on Team Arizona's support staff, and is taking advantage of the opportunity to report at the Special Olympics on the amazing athletes representing the Tucson area and Arizona.
