Pantry Kitchen Cabinet

The Pantry Kitchen Cabinet is made of 3/4 plyboard and 1/4 plywood. I used pockethole joinery with screws and wood glue to assemble the whole cabinet including the drawer box and the cabinet leg base. The outer part of the cabinet was primed with “Davies timber prime wood primer” and applied with “Bosny wall putty”. I did two coatings of light gray colored paint which I mixed the white and black paint using “Davies Aqua Gloss-it water based enamel paint” as a top coat.
I also applied a wood coating for the interior part of the cabinet including the drawer boxes using “Timber coat matte finished” wood coating.
I decided to make my own “Wooden cabinet door and drawer pull handles that is made from scrap woods, instead of buying a new one which may also help lessen the cost of materials.
The dimension of the cabinet may vary depending on the available space where you want to place the cabinet. I included measurements in the video just for your reference only. You can modify it depending on your design and the space availability.

Here are the complete list of materials that I used on this project.
4 plies of 3/4 Plyboards
2 plies of 1/4 ordinary plywood
2 pcs of 2x2x8 kiln dried wood
1 pc of 2x3x8 kiln dried wood (Note: you only need 2 feet of 2x3 wood for the leg)
1” and 1.25” of black screw for wood
Wood Glue
1” nails
150 and 220 grit sandpapers ( 2 pcs each)
8 pairs of 16” long Ball bearing type drawer slides ( Full extension drawer slides )
5 pairs of concealed hinges ( 105° soft close full overlay concealed hinges )
1 litre of Davies timber prime wood primer
Wall putty
1 litre each of White and Black paint of Davies Aqua Gloss-it water based enamel paint.
1 litre of Timber coat wood coating
Vinyl waterproofing wallpaper ( with a marble design )
DIY wooden cabinet door and drawer pull handles
2” paint brush ( for applying wood coating )
4” paint roller ( foam type)
1 small paint tray
