So… Mariah Carey is being sued for copyright infringement by Andy Stone, who says he wrote and recorded a song called "All I Want For Christmas Is You" a couple years before Mariah released hers. But he isn't suing the melody, lyrics or the music... he's suing for something pretty weird.
