Crazy Dave does his version of the shotgun shells and a different version he called the reloads.

Smoked at 225 for 2 hrs total.

After 1 hr check them every 30 minutes as you want the noodle to be Al Dente not too soggy.

For the reloads we dipped in marina sauce and it goes very well.
