Hey Guys, Today we're going to talk about one of the most frequently asked barbecue questions which is what temperature should i cook my pork butt at for pulled pork? Especially when you're new to barbecue a long cook like a pork butt can be extremely intimidating but have no worries because while this is a long cook, the pork butt is a very forgiving cut to cook. All you need to do is give it the time it needs on the smoker to give in, render, and become some of the most delicious barbecue that you could ever hope to eat.
