Part I: How do you communicate to your partner/support system what is happening?

Let me introduce you to Scott, my amazing boyfriend, my rock, and my best friend. We have been together for 5 years and it has been a journey for both of us setting ways of communication about Lupus, managing symptoms, self-care, etc.

In this little episode, we are talking about how he deals with whenever I have my flares or whenever Lupus is actively visiting. It has been a process of understanding our ways of communicating and absorbing information, which is different for each individual

I would like to know in which ways you communicate to your partner/support system about how your flare is going and how they help and support you. Also, if there are any more questions that you would like to know about how we have interacted as a couple and Lupus.
