Lucky for you, there are ways to build muscle from home…and all you need are some resistance bands.
You are going to do 3 sets of 10-12 reps for each of these exercises.

Exercise #2: BANDED TRICEP PUSHDOWNS
Exercise #3: BANDED REAR DELT FLYES
Exercise #4: BANDED BICEP CURLS
Exercise #5: BANDED SQUATS
Get yourself some resistance bands, and give this workout a try from home. You are going to build muscle from home with only a set of resistance bands.
